When a friend or a family member has difficulties with hearing loss it can, at times, be equally frustrating for those in contact with the individual as it is for the person themselves to communicate. Oftentimes, the individual with a hearing loss is apt to find ways to deal with their hearing loss difficulties without seeking the appropriate treatment and, if needed, a hearing aid. This common behavior still causes frustration for those who care for the friend or family member.
